Has Red Become a Sibling to the Neutral Family?
While neutrals hold such value in our lives when creating an outfit for the day, red has become the new “it” color. The importance of neutrals in our lives is that they go with everything due to their timeless nature. The ease of knowing you have pieces that pair with any other garment allows one to feel confident with their closet. In the past year, red has exploded as one of these colors that either go with all or bring in a pop of sexy attitude to an outfit. Whether it is a red heel, purse, earring, hair ribbon, or even pop of a bra strap, the color is slowly meshing into the neutral family – black, brown, white, and grey – that keeps our world afloat. Brands have even marketed these shades of red toward attitude, expression, and season. From cherry red, fiery red, fall red, etc., it is time for me to bring awareness to The Happy Heart red, shown in the hearts throughout my blog.
❤️ YOU,
OLIVIA
